Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tirionforge.com and related products, including Tirion Reach (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a third-party account, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts and authentication

  • You may create an account using supported authentication methods such as Google OAuth.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, devices, browser extensions, and any connected third-party accounts.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it reasonably up to date.
  • You may not impersonate another person or create accounts through unauthorized means.

3. The Service

The Service may include:

  • Public AI-powered pages and lead qualification workflows
  • CRM, outreach, campaign, and reply management tools
  • AI-assisted drafting, summaries, and messaging workflows
  • Integrations with third-party providers including Google, Stripe, Telegram, and X
  • Tirion Reach inbox and outreach features, including optional X direct message sync and send functionality

Features may change over time. We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

4. Connected accounts and third-party platforms

4.1 General

  • The Service may let you connect accounts from third-party platforms.
  • You may only connect accounts that you own or are authorized to control.
  • Your use of connected-platform features is also governed by the terms, developer rules, and policies of those third parties.
  • We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, API limits, suspensions, or access restrictions imposed by third-party platforms.

4.2 X integration

If you connect an X account to Tirion Reach, you authorize the Service to access and use your X account data and permissions that you approve during OAuth, which may include tweet.read, users.read, dm.read, dm.write, and offline.access.

  • You instruct us to read direct messages only as needed to provide your inbox, sync history, CRM records, analytics, and AI-assisted reply workflows.
  • You instruct us to send direct messages only when you explicitly trigger a send or another user-facing action inside the product.
  • You remain solely responsible for all content sent through your connected X account and for ensuring that your use complies with X's rules, policies, developer requirements, rate limits, and anti-spam standards.
  • You may disconnect your X account at any time. We may suspend or disable the integration if required by X, by law, for security reasons, or due to suspected abuse.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, third-party right, or platform policy
  • Send spam, deceptive outreach, phishing, harassment, or abusive content
  • Automate messages in a way that violates X or other platform rules
  • Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, offers, or commercial intent
  • Upload, import, or process data you do not have the right to use
  • Attempt to scrape, exfiltrate, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service or connected providers
  • Bypass limits, security measures, access controls, or provider restrictions
  • Use the Service for illegal products, fraud, malware, or other harmful activity

6. Your content and data

  • You retain ownership of the content, campaign data, CRM records, prompts, and business information you provide to the Service.
  • You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display that content solely as needed to operate and improve the Service for you.
  • You represent that you have all rights necessary to use and submit your content and any connected account data you authorize us to access.

7. AI-assisted features

  • The Service may generate drafts, summaries, recommendations, or other outputs using AI systems.
  • AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or inappropriate for your use case.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, and sending any message or content created with AI assistance.
  • The Service does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, employment, or other regulated professional advice.

8. Billing and subscriptions

  • Paid plans, if applicable, are billed through Stripe or another payment provider we designate.
  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation.
  • Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

9. Suspension and termination

  • You may stop using the Service at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for us or other users, or if a third-party provider requires us to restrict access.
  • We may also remove or disable connected account features at any time if necessary for legal, contractual, security, or operational reasons.

10. Intellectual property

  • The Service, including its software, design, branding, interfaces, and documentation, is owned by Tirion or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the Service.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TIRION AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM; OR (B) $100 USD.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tirion and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your content, your use of the Service, your use of connected platforms such as X, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date on this page and may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, excluding conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in Montreal, Quebec, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
